I started to learn how to play the drums when I was only six years old,
my older brother (Edward) was a drummer in a well known local pub band and
he asked me one Sunday tea time if I would like to learn how to play the drums.

Just typical kids we where all sat waiting for our Mother to sort out our Sunday tea
so I though go on then it will help pass the time away till tea is ready.

My brother showed me in only a couple of minutes how to play
a simple drum beat on his drum kit, and I was very
surprised how easy it was and how much I enjoyed it .

I have finely tuned my drumming a lot more over the last 40 years and I have
developed my love for music intensely, I have been able to teach
myself how to play several musical instruments using the
same methods I used to learn to play the Drums.

I recorded a DVD tutorial a few years ago which was great fun to produce and
I still like to play the drums with several local bands when i am available.
